How Can I Burn Fat On My Stomach And Sides?
i’m 5’10. i weigh 125lbs. i know that is small for my height, and i am small everywhere on my body, almost too small. but i hace this weird fat on my back, stomach, and sides. i’m working out everyday, and eating crazy healthy. i even became a vegetarian. its been here all my life. i used to be fat. 160lbs at age 13, about 5’5. but i just need to get rid of this last bit. i’m looking into modeling and need it gone. any tips?
please dont say its unhealthy, i’m a very healthy person. i’m not losing more weight, just burning fat.

you dont need to lose weight at all you just need to tone up these bits. i would strongly recommend kicks . do a lot of kicks .front side back and snap kicks focus on ur lower back ,legs and thighs your food is fine and i dont think you need to put yourself under all that pressure. and swimming is a great way too but stick with the kicking as much as you can , it helped a lot of my friends with the same problem.
