Try looking up “negative calorie foods”. These are foods that your body needs more calories to burn them than is contained in the food. This way you don’t need to worry so much about starving yourself, and you can eat as much as you want.
As for exercise, most people find that a good stretching/toning routine that may have a little dance in it is the best. For some people an outright aerobic routine will actually make you gain weight. Don’t do any more than you can handle; start out slow and work your way up. Even if you start out with 3 minutes, and add a minute a day, before you know it, you will be able to do 30 minutes in no time and will look great. Remember to be happy with yourself no matter what you weigh; beauty comes from the inside.
