Does The Bicycle Exercise Burn Fat In Stomach Area Or Just Get Abs Cause Im Tryin To Get Rid Of My Flab Stomac
Any form of exercise burns fat by expending energy. You cannot “regionally” burn fat, say in your stomach, by working those muscles. Bicycling will burn a great deal of fat if done regularly and intensively, and will strengthen abs. However, I would recommend sit-ups or something similar to further work those muscles, in addition to burning off any fat.

Yes, cycling will work the abs. It will also burn fat which is most important in getting that coveted six pack. Lifting the legs up and down works the abs.
Suggestion- While cycling lean forward and lift your hands slightly from the bars (hovering). This will be somewhat difficult but I will work your abs big time. You do not have to do this the entire time. Try to work up to say 12 times and then work up to 24 and so on until you could do it for long periods of time.
