Do Crunches Help Burn Stomach Fat?
I’m in pretty good shape EXCEPT for the stomach area. Ever seen those commercials with a normal looking guy, with a giant donut around them? Yeah that’s me lol.
Decent muscles, everything else is decent… What are some good excercises to burn specifically stomach fat. I am 5’10 and 220 lbs. I have 15 and 25 lbs weights. I don’t mind doing crunches, but I’m not trying to gain muscle there, just burn fat there. Suggestions?
Also good chest excercises to lose fat, and build into muscle?

unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce fat. what this means is that you cannot burn fat just from place on your body – it gets burned from everywhere. if you are trying to lose the spare tire and see some stomach muscle definition then you will have to reduce your body fat quite a bit. the best ways to achieve this is by doing lots of cardiovascular exercise and eating a healthy, low-cal diet.

Losing weight can be hard , but it is well worth your energy
I needed to lose some weight too for health reasons and I began searching on the Internet. I came across http://healthcrib.com/Weight-Loss/. They recommended a few products in their weight loss section and I ended up getting the first one. I had my doctor look at the product and he said that it looked pretty healthy and he approved. Since then I have lost about 75 pounds. My blood pressure is down, I sleep better, and I don’t crave alot of that junk food I used to eat. I really recommend it.

doing crunches won’t burn stomach fat like you’re probably looking for it to. to burn your stomach fat you’ll need to do run and do some cardio to burn off the fat all the crunches will do is strengthen them and make them look toned as soon as you burn the fat off
