Different Type Of Excerises To Burn Fat? Also Should I Walk Or Ride My Bike.?
I plan on starting to exercise soon.
I feel that walking is just not enough.
Sit-ups won’t do anything if I have a big stomach
Push up will only build arm muscles.
I want another exercise to burn fat.
Also, does walking or riding my bike burn more calories?

They both are good taketurns with both thats what im doing to lose my tummy fat im walking one day then biking the next i also do sit ups to help build my abs strength and if you got un healthy legs like mine were you cant run coz of the weight do leg exercises to build there strenght up to good luck and enjoy your be looking good in no time.

Talk with your Dr before starting any exercise.
I like power walking best, fast paced with weights in hand.
Makes you look kinda stupid but the results are worth it.
Then if you can work yourself up to jogging, it would be even better.

start with crunches instead of sit-ups, jogging or running, swimming laps is great exercise, flutter kicks.
wear heavy sweat pants and sweat shirt while you work and ALWAYS stay hydrated with plenty of water when you get to be hot
