Basically I’m 14, 5’1 (yes i’m short) and I weigh 102-104, so i think thats average because i checked on a BMI calculator, and i look pretty average. However i don’t have a flat stomach and i’m really annoyed.. i dont know why. I know loads of girls who are “fatter” than me but still either stomachs are flat.. whereas mine sticks out?
So i was wondering what would be better do burn stomach fat, running or swimming. i KNOW you cant target areas but i was just wondering which is more effective when it comes to burning carbs, running or swimming? I want to lose weight all around too, its just especially my stomach.
