Do Sit Ups Burn Fat Or Just Make Muscle?

will i loose inches off my stomach if i do sit ups or will it just build muscle under the fat?

  1. sit ups deffinetly make muscle but not so sure about fat burning =/ normally u need cardio exercises to burn fat like running,swimming,cycling.
    Btw about hte muscles u need weights if u want to make muscles from push ups because you will reach the max. output of your muscles that way,thus your muscles expand faster thanks to the fast-producing cells.

  2. just build muscle under the fat..you have to do something to get rid of the fat as well..but a bit of fat is NORMAL you do know
