I did lots of cardio, netball, rowing in the gym and the cross trainer as well as pilates to help core strenght and heaps of swimming and WALKING!
Someone suggested shimming thats in belly dancing? yeah works go for it its heaps of fun!
Also it takes heaps of hard work and dedication, psych yourself up for it to keep at it! And goodluck heheh!

Do not waste your time doing 100 sit ups, simply because even if you magically managed to do 100 a day and lost some weight, you would gain it all back on once you stop doing the 100 sit ups a day. Its time to change your life style and diet habits.
Once you have a proper workout routine in place it almost doesnt matter what you eat as you will be burning so many calories you will lose weight.
Good luck, dont get discouraged, it is possible, just takes a little.
