How I Managed To Burn Stomach Fat And Lose 44 lb In Three Months
March 17th, 2009Would you believe a friend of mine, who did not know anything about my burn stomach fat site, found it in the internet? I was in shock! Suddenly, I realized I had not introduced myself in my blog. So, this is a short version of how I learned how to burn stomach fat.

I love outdoors. I just love hiking, biking, walk all the way to the volcanoes. Almost without realizing it, I stopped my outdoor activities when “real” life started and I went to work.
As a successful corporate engineer first and as an enterpreneur later, I had to work many hours. Soon enough I adopted poor nutrition habits that left me overweighted and slow. Not only I had to wear bigger sizes, but also was unable to recover acceptable energy levels. I was tired, had to make a big effort to complete my daily tasks at work. I had no energy to enjoy outdoors. And I was ashamed of my big belly and of not knowing how to burn my stomach fat.
I was very lucky to find a coach that showed my the way. I started a weight loss program based on healthly supplements. I loved the fact that I never had to starve to achieve my goal.
Three months later, I had recovered my weight. I had lost 44 pounds and was having extra levels of energy. I was able to play races with my little nephews… as many times as he asked to. Today, I like a lot the way I look and feel.
Not only I lost weight, burned my stomach fat and got an energy level boost, but I realized my need for junk food decreased. I don’t even buy my favorite cookies anymore. I don’t care for them as much.
So, I went from total ignorant in regards to how to burn stomach fat and lose weight to being a coach for a lot of people. That was my main headache when I was overweighted… and I am so happy and proud of not having a big stomach anymore!
I can’t help myself telling everybody. That’s why I have this blog dedicated to show people how to burn stomach fat and to share tips on how to do it.
